This is the structure of our transparency report. We will publish our first report covering the applicable reporting period and will replace the bracketed figures [like this] with actual data. Have legal review confirm the required categories and cadence before publication.

1. About this report

Moonlight Array B.V. provides AIDO (the "Service") and acts as a hosting service provider within the meaning of the DSA. As we do not disseminate user content to the public, we are not an "online platform" within the meaning of Article 3(i) DSA, and certain platform-only transparency obligations do not apply to us. We nevertheless publish this report covering our content-moderation and notice-and-action activity. For how we handle reports and enforcement, see our Abuse & Notice-and-Action Policy.

  • Median time to give effect to the order: [time]

4. Content moderation at our own initiative

  • Use of automated tools in own-initiative moderation, including a description of the tools, their purpose, indicators of accuracy, and applicable safeguards: [description]
  • Breakdown by type of restriction applied: [breakdown]

5. Complaints and appeals

  • Appeals/complaints received against our moderation decisions: [number]
  • Decisions reversed on appeal: [number]
  • Median time to decide an appeal: [time]
  • Note: As we are not an "online platform" under Article 3(i) DSA, we provide an appeals mechanism voluntarily; the internal complaint-handling system under Article 20 may not apply to us.

6. Suspected criminal offences (Article 18)

  • Notifications made to law enforcement or judicial authorities regarding a suspected criminal offence involving a threat to the life or safety of a person: [number]

7. Use of automated means for content moderation

Where automated systems are used to detect or act on abuse (for example, abuse-detection systems, rate-limit monitoring, and outbound-traffic analysis), this section describes the qualitative purpose, the meaningful indicators of accuracy and possible rate of error, and the safeguards applied — including human review and the right to a statement of reasons.
